This dress is so comfortable. The one I bought is a bit loose on the waistline. I love how demure it looks in the front with a daring twist on the back. I love wearing white clothes, because it never goes of style, and there is something about white that just makes it elegant and sophisticated.
Blair commented that she loved my makeup - Thank you hun! :) It stayed on for more than 12 hours so I'm pretty contented with the products I used. I will do a food post soon! I really didn't take many pictures of myself yesterday, as I was more interested in taking food pictures. Hence, I ended up with solo iPhone pictures. Sorry for the poor quality.
I must say that seeing me wearing eyeglasses outside the house and the car can be a rare event as I only wear glasses when I study. I have been told a countless times that I can be intimidating; therefore, I choose to rather not add to my stern appearance.

The site is very informative and gives a good description of their eyeglasses. I was quite surprised when I saw that the glasses in person because the didn't look cheap at all. Ican be quite careless, and wearing expensive eye glasses is a big no-no for me because I have actually sat on a couple of eyeglasses and have lost a few. I actually like the glasses and I think they look good on me. I chose a pair of glasses with a larger frame because I'm a big person and I have a big face. I imagine this would look very big when worn by other people.
The glasses I got are ones with prescription because I do wear glasses. I have actually been meaning to get a new pair when I saw their advertisement on Facebook. When I saw the glasses I was impressed because they even provided the measurements/dimensions of the frame. I was surprised at how quickly they shipped the product too. Their customer service is also great and they replied to my emails within 24 hours. I'm wearing circle lenses that don't have prescription :) I also like extending my eyeliner when I have glasses on because it makes the eyes stand out. I don't like wearing false lashes nor pilling up on mascara when I'm wearing glasses because I don't want my lashes to hit the glass. I also wear a bright lipstick sometimes to make my face a bit more interesting. hahaha!

I have a love and hate relationship with most of the BB creams I have ever owned - I like to buy them and find myself hating after I have tried them for a couple of times or so. I guess I have always been more of a foundation kind of person, although I have decided to try out tinted moisturizers and BB creams once again.
The BB cream craze is still going strong, it's been so popular that even western brands have decided to make their own version. Popular brands such as Bobbi Brown, MAC and Clinique have come up with their own respective BB creams. I was delighted to find out that Neutrogena, a trusted skincare brand has also launched its own BB cream.
I was obviously delighted at the thought of not spending so much to try a product I might not like at all, because, it's still a BB cream and I wouldn't want to spend too much on a product that may end up untouched and unloved on my dresser. Thankfully however, that was not the case with this BB cream.
Product Information- NEUTROGENA Fine Fairness BB Cream UV is a multi-benefit whitening moisturiser thatcorrects dullness and uneven skin tone for a fairer, natural-looking healthy glow. Workingfrom within, its unique lightweight formula contains Neutrogenas HealthyWhite Complexwith Lily and Vitamin C to help inhibit melanin production, which causes pigmentation andskin dullness. It instantly brightens skin with customised skin-matching illuminating mineralsand protects skin by shielding it from darkening UV rays and environmental aggressors.
Comes in a white bottle with a silver cap. The bottle has substantial weight, but is not too heavy; this will be easy to bring or toss inside the bag. However, the white bottle has no indicator of how much product is left inside.
Thank goodness for a hygienic pump bottle - the pump is ok. Just press gently and it will dispense the right amount of product.

Coverage - Light to medium. The coverage is build-able. You may layer the BB cream. If you watch my tutorial, you will see that I have layered the BB cream 3 times using 3 different methods of application.
It will even out uneven skin tone, but problem areas which need more coverage might not be concealed with the use of this BB cream alone.
Scent - I detect a slight floral smell from this BB cream which does not bother me.
Finish - Semi-dewy. Not as dewy as some products are because those products tend to make one look like a grease ball come midday.
Price - AT 720.00 Php for the skincare benefits, plus added UV protection and a makeup base all in one. I'd say it's definitely a great buy!
Lasting Power - Decent. I'd say around 5-6 hours on my oily skin.
Comparison as to consistency - BB cream, Tinted moisturizer and Foundation.
Texture - All products are smooth and silky to the touch.
Consistency - The tinted moisturizer still has the lights formula and the BB cream and Foundation almost have the same consistency, although the BB cream would still have the thickest consistency of the 3 products. I would however like to point out that compared to other BB creams I have tried this one is very light weight.
Partially blended.
Application - All are easy to spread, blend and work with. All three products also apply evenly.
I have been asked again and again to make a makeup tutorial. This is my first makeup tutorial and I hope you somewhat find it useful. You don't have to follow the exact routine because you can devise your makeup application according to what suits you. Also, you can use other products.
As for me, I usually take pictures of whatever catches my fancy so I thought I'd share the pictures with everyone.
These Murano miniature animal glass figures were bought from Venice during a trip to Italy. I think they are cute so I took a photo.

I love eating warm taho for breakfast. Taho is made from soft tofu and "arnibal" (brown sugar with vanilla) and tapioca.
I was bored yesterday so I decided to do something I haven't done in a long time. I tried to bake carrot cupcakes for the 1st time. :P
I know the frosting looks terrible. But these cupcakes passed the taste test so your arguments are invalid hahahah!

I haven't posted a FOTD for quite some time now. I have previously had warts removed by the dermatologist and had to have part 2 of the treatment last week. Yes, I know warts are gross. I don't even know why I have warts but I freaked out when the dermatologist told me and I immediately told her to remove the warts. As you can see from the picture below I still have marks from the cauterization session (treatment).
I did try the products at Becca before I purchased from their counter. Their chief makeup artist was kind enough to help me choose the right products for me. Below is a picture of me with a full face of Becca makeup, except for the eyes as I prefer my winged eyeliner. Plus, I seriously don't want to buy any eye shadows.
I think I have fallen inlove with their brand because their makeup feels looks and feels like 2nd skin- it's so light and just looks natural - perfect for summer! I hope this does not turn into some sort of addiction.
I regret not buying this when I had a chance to. Now I have to go back to Adora to purchase this. I usually don't spend a lot on makeup brushes but this brush is just so soft and I can definitely see myself using this as an all around brush for foundation, contouring, highlighting and blushes!
The baby and I suggest taking pictures whilst waiting for parking during the Holiday season. LOL! xD
My bad... I realize I haven't done enough OOTD's; I really don't have many clothes. I rarely buy clothes nowadays and just put on whatever I find on my or my sister's closet nowadays. :P Here's a very lazy OOTD. I don't even have a full body shot. LOL!

I just love Pink blushes for December! I live in a tropical country that doesn't have snow nor winter. However, I still want to get the glow that girls have when they've just been exposed to cold winter air.
Confession - I haven't used it as a brightening face powder as I have been using it as a blush. Although it seems to make my complexion brighter because it gives such a pretty glow on my cheeks.
Comes in a box with a lot of product inside. I have yet to hit the pan of any blusher and I don't think I'll ever see the pan of this one either.
I usually rant about applicators that come with the product but this brush really works with the blush! :) It is not scratchy and picks up a decent amount every time I swipe it on the blush. It is also very compact and pretty.
While I am not a fan of boxes and paper packaging I find this box sturdy and cute. :)
Note: Under direct sunlight. This appears a bit more peach than it is in real life. The blush has no glitters/shimmers it is a matte blush. (I FINALLYhave a matte blush!)
Pale powder pink with a hint of peach and purple or mauve tones.
The blush has a very delicate feminine like scent which does not bother me. If anything, it reminds me of L'Occitane skincare products.
Other reviews say that this blush has weak pigmentation but I disagree with the opinion of the majority. :P It can be built with several layers and does show up on me so I wouldn't say that the pigmentation is weak. I have used other blushes with weaker pigmentation. Just use the brush that comes with the product and you will be fine - pack the product in the blush and apply several layers as you would with Japanese blushes. You may want to use another product for buffing and blending.
These are the only CONS I can think of:
- Packaging may be a bit bulky.
- Pricey. (Keep in mind that there is a lot of blush inside the box. I believe this contains more product than most blushes out there.)
- May not work for ladies with darker skin tones.
Wearing benefit dandelion. Sorry, the flash washed out the colors in the picture. >.<
Here's another picture. :) I was supposed to attend the Benefit launch but got stuck in heavy traffic a few times.. Sigh. -_- And yes, I still think it brightens up my complexion! :)
Benefit will soon open it's first branch in Greenbelt! YAY! We can all experience and buy Benefit cosmetics very soon! I'm excited and I hope I can go to the opening.

I have been looking for another eyeliner to use for my waterline. As much as I love lining it with a white eyeliner, I often find that white is a bit too strong and just looks very unnatural in some pictures.
It is a champagne Gold. I have yet to find a Peach eyeliner. :)
As you can see from the swatch above, this particular eyeliner contains glitters. If you have sensitive eyes, I suggest you stay away and find another eyeliner because this might irritate your eyes. I on the other hand would have to say that I really like this eyeliner. :3
The lasting power amazed me and the color makes my eyes pop out without being too obvious. I would have to say though that this feels a bit scratchy, it does not go on as smoothly as some of my eyeliners do. I suspect that the glitters may be the culprit but I still love it! It's available at all Majolica Majorca counters and it's also very affordable.
TIP: Use a Peach, Champagne or Gold eyeliner instead of White to make your eyes more alive without being too obvious.
Picture taken with iPhone 4. I think the flash washes out the color of the blush and I applied it heavily so everyone can see the lovely pink color it gives. I will be doing a separate review with swatches of Dandelion.

I used Photoscape to edit the photo. In the first photo, I just reduced the noise since the picture was taken with an iPhone. I then played with the lighting in the 2nd and 3rd photo. Which among the three do you like? :)

Pink Beige is a nude lip color that adds just a hint of Pink and Beige on the lips. The color of the actual product is very true to the name it was given. The texture is very creamy and glides effortlessly. It is a bit sheer but the color is buildable hence the color will show up after applying on about 3 layers. It does not accentuate lip lines and keeps the lips moisturized and supple! The staying power actually surprised me because it does stay on even after I eat and drink. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS LIPSTICK and shall get more colors. :3
Downside - Not budget friendly. Also those living outside Asia may find it hard to get Lunasol products but if you can get your hands on this, I do recommend that you try it.
