Tony Moly Perfect Eyes Eyeliner in 09 Tear Beige

Eyeliners, a must have.
Eyeliners define and enhance our eyes. Classic eyeliner shades always leaned towards darker colors such as Black, Brown, Blue and Green. I am glad to see that more colors are becoming available, specifically lighter ones such as Peach and White. Lighter colored eyeliners will make you seem more awake as they brighten and make the eyes pop out.

Tony Moly says: Effective waterproof pencil eye liner that does not get smudged by water, sweat and sebum.

Directions from Tony Moly: Fill the gap between the eyelashes along the upper lid.
I really wouldn't recommend doing that since it will emphasize sparse eyelashes. I would recommend that you use this for the inner corners of your eyes, on your lower waterline and as an eyeshadow but I think you should only line your upper lid with a dark eyeliner. That's what I do anyway.

Around 400-500 Pesos. Definitely cheaper than Urban decay's 24/7.
One will have to note that once the product settles, it will not budge. It really is water proof too so it may be a bit of a pain to remove at the end of the day.

Pigmentation:
A bit sheer but it can be layered to bring out the "real color' of the product.
Texture:
Smooth and very creamy. Almost buttery to the touch.
Application:
It glides on the eyes effortlessly. Although one may have to build up the product for a more defined look, application overall is still a breeze!
Lasting Power:
I do not have oily lids and it lasts 6 hours on me. I would recommend that this product be used with an eyeshadow primer and set with a powder or eyeshadow of the same color for maximum lasting power. The product does stay on but it will somewhat fade. Maybe it is because of the color. I have yet to try the darker liners from this line, but I am still convinced that Tony Moly makes awesome eyeliners!

swatch TM 09 Tear Beige.
The color is more Champagne or Peach like than Beige as I have always equated Beige as more of a light Brown in my head, but that could just be me. You can refer to the swatch as it is rather accurate.

Tony Moly Backstage Eyeliner - Brown

Tony Moly Backstage Eyeliner - Brown

I decided to try a dark brown eyeliner instead of the usual black because I heard that brown liners looks softer and less sharp than black liners do.

Not a fan of the packaging though. I find the cap a little bulky and would have preferred a product that comes with a separate applicator.

The brush is ok, this may not be the best applicator, but it's free and even if there are many better brushes this one can also draw a line. The only thing is the tip is a bit thick and and you may not be able to make a precise or a thin line with it.

The consistency and pigmentation surprised me, it's really creamy and goes on smoothly. For the price, it's definitely worth it. It also doesn't form chunks nor does it transfer and budge once it dries. As you will see from the swatches below this eyeliner is also very opaque.

 Swatch
Swiped once with the brush above. As you can see, the lines are rather thick however both lines are also very visible and the color is pigmented.

PROS:
- Pigmented.
- Creamy and goes on smoothly.
- Long lasting.
- Affordable.
- waterproof.

CONS:
- May be hard to get outside Asia.

NEUTRAL:
- Will report back if this dries up.
- The consistency is a bit runny, which I actually prefer; but other people may want their gel liners to be a bit more dry for a more precise application.

TIPS:
- Close the lid tightly as gel liners may dry a bit quickly and will become chunky and troublesome to apply.
- Use a different eye liner brush for a precise line.
- This may be used as a base for a smokey eye.

For actual eyeliner application photos. Please refer to the photos in previous and upcoming FOTDs.

Have a great weekend everyone! Thanks for reading! :)

A Haul of All Sorts..

This is a collective haul  post, from last week to this day. :) Please don't scroll down if you do not want to see hauls. Thank you! ^-^

Paul & Joe Protective Fluid Foundation S
Price - 2,350.00 Php
Chanel Vitalumiere is still my HG and favorite foundation but if I were to choose a 2nd best this would be it. Let me know if you want to see a review on it. It has a mild cooling sensation which I love! However, I find that my skin still gets oily after 3 hours. :(

I wasn't supposed to get this but 3 sets were sold while I was there so I couldn't resist buying since it was such a good deal at 2,350Php. :)

The set includes: Intensive Whitening Essence (100 ML), Light Cleansing Milk N (25ml), Refreshing Skin toner (25ml) and Whitening Serum (5ml) + pouch

I still have many skincare products I ought to finish so I will be keeping these as backups.

Random Korean Haul:
Nail polishes and are under Php 200Php; lipliner is also under 200Php and the gel liner is below 600Php.

3 nail polishes from the Face Shop. All the colors are opaque. :)I also picked up some tools from there but did not include it in the picture.

_DiscoHeaven - Stereo Headphones
Price - 1,790.00

New headphones because Hamham(my sister) keeps using mine. I saw these really cute headphones from Nikki's blog which I thought were really pretty so I got myself one. Hamham now claims this as hers though so I suppose I ought to get another one but I really like this color. :/

I finally got the Sigma Cleansing and Polishing Tool!

YAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!! =) I was so excited to try this that I just used it and assumed that the white bristles were the softest. It hurt!!! After I finished washing my face I checked the leaflet and found out it was the firm one. >.< Lesson learned: Read instructions next time and don't get too excited.

I also recieved various samples and products from Pammy because we had an exchange gift. LOL! YAAAYYYY!!! <3 Thank you so much Pammycakes! <3 I would have taken a picture of the cute packaging but my little sister ruined it. hehe. >.< I have tried the BB cream, the shampoo. :D
I am so excited to try everything! <3

Have a great weekend everyone! :3
