Looking back at 2010 (Picture Heavy)

WARNING!!! This post contains excessive pictures with my face all over it. If you hate seeing me, please don't scroll down. (You have been warned.)
Thank you.

Another year has gone by so fast. I realized that I have been reviewing and posting about places, food and makeup yet I have never really posted about myself. :p

So I decided to share some random pictures from 2010 with all of you. I initially intended to post pictures of some guys who I liked/dated/had a huge crush on but decided against it since I might violate their privacy. :p Plus someone might point out that he/she knows one of those guys.

Night life:
I have not gone out since I started law school and have therefore decided that I need to unwind and relax sometimes, lest I go crazy from stress. x) One of my professors once said, "Study hard, party harder!" - he was a bar topnotcher. So, I kind of took his word and tried to experience what it was like to party. xD
Blow Job at Izakaya Greenbelt
Randomly shooting at the crowd LOL! xD
Life is a glass of maraschino cherries!

Pose, pose :p

Hehehe. I have no words for the photos below except that all the photographers are talented and I'm thankful to have been given a chance to work with them.

I fell down and got a big booboo on my knee the night before the shoot. xD

Random moments:

Anyone who knows me would know I value my family very much. I appreciate and love all the members of my family although they might not be aware of it. :p

2010 was sure one heck of a year. :) I surely learned a lot of new things and will be forever thankful for all the experiences be it a happy or painful lesson or memory. I hope 2011 will be better (in case it isn't I'll just view it as a challenge and will strive harder) for all of us.
Advance happy new year everyone!

I just saw these new brushes on the Sigma site and I definitely have to get my hands on a set. I mean I really have to!!! The case looks amazing and the design is ingenious. =) I hope Sigma's distributor in my country will have these sets in stock soon. *crossing my fingers

I have previously purchased a Nice in Pink Travel set and The Sigmax High Definition brushes and I can never stress how much I love the brushes especially the Sigmax brushes because they make makeup application a lot easier. :3

Pictures & description were grabbed from Sigma's site:

Make me Cool - Aqua
Looking cool for those who love Blue!

This has to be my favorite along with the Pink set.
This will definitely stand out from the rest of my brushes. :3

Large Shader - E60 - Flat shape is ideal for application of cream formulas and eye shadow primers. It also works great with loose eye shadows or pigments. Can be used to apply color all over the lid or precisely on the lash line. Natural bristles.

Pencil - E30 - Precise application of color on the crease, outer corner, and upper and lower lash line. Also ideal to smudge out pencil liner. Natural bristles.

Large Angled Contour - F40 - The angled shape makes this brush ideal to apply blush or contour shades. Natural bristles.

Large Powder - F30 - Very dense with a rounded top. Ideal to apply powder products on face and body. Natural bristles.

Duo Fibre - F50 - Specially designed to generate an ‘airbrushed’ finish when used to apply liquid foundation. It can also be used to apply blush, highlight shades and loose pigments. Blend of synthetic and natural bristles.

Foundation - F60 - Can be used to apply liquid or cream foundation. It is also recommended to apply moisturizers and conceal large areas. Synthetic bristles.

Concealer - F70 - The rounded, tapered, flat shape makes this brush ideal to conceal the under eye area. It is also recommended for a precise application in small areas. Synthetic bristles.

Tapered Blending - E40 - Rounded and tapered top. Specially designed to apply and blend color on the crease. Natural bristles.

Eye Shading - E55 - Soft and dense with a rounded finish. Can be used to apply pressed or loose eye shadows and pigments. Ideal to build intense color on the eyelid. Natural bristles.

Eyeliner - E05 - An extra-fine tipped synthetic fiber brush that delivers a precise, firm, even stroke to line the eyes.

Sigma Makeup offers a free travel size E25 brush with this kit!

The only catch is the price, it costs $99.00. However, from my previous experience Sigma brushes are definitely worth the price.

Have you tried Sigma brushes? What's your favorite among the sets above?

Cam-whoring :/
LOL! Excuse the silly picture. >o<"

So... I finally started buying Christmas presents and somehow ended up hauling in Etude House. LOL!
Sunscreen, milky-white, creamy, light and easily absorbed by the skin. Doesn't feel heavy & sticky
like other sunscreens.
I'm a sucker for cute packaging!!! But who can resist these babies right?
Missing U handcreams. Composed of 4 different variants, each representing an endangered specie.
The Seal (green tea) was sold out so I got Penguin (powder) & Panda (peach).
Etude House says -- Missing U Hand Cream is formulated with natural mixture of herbs, Shea Butter and Olives to moisturize, heal and soothe hands.

Pear shaped container features on of four available endangered or near endangered animal friends:
More lip glosses!
Different applicators. Hmmm...
with flash
without flash
nail polishes! i tried to swatch  these but the
the plastic which I swatched on reflected the flash so I didn't bother uploading anymore. :/
I purchased more than Php2,000.oo and was given a kit of Mini Size U which is said to shrink enlarged pores.
Whoaaaa!! Just what I need. Will try and let everyone know if this works for me.

So are you all lovely ladies done with your Christmas shopping or do you like to run around and shop at the last minute like I do? LOL! =))

Meet my sisters Enky (FOTD) and Bea (FOTN)

Little sisters are the cutest, most huggable, fluffiest, and most sinister + bratty gifts from heaven that annoy the hell off a person from time to time but will always remain priceless & irreplaceable. :3

Meet my younger sisters Enky and Bea. =)

Enky is my youngest sister. She usually doesn't wear makeup. Although she has mentally claimed and uses my MAC Hipness blush and Benefit High Beam. She wanted a simple neutral look. So....
Yes, I also took the photos. YAY for multi tasking. LOL!
Enky

- Revlon PhotoReady 005 Natural Beige
- MAC Studio Fix Foundation in NC30

- Smashbox Blush/Soft Lights Duo Under/Cover
- MAC Hipness Powder Blush

Eyes:
- Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

- In2it Waterproof gel liner in WG01 very black
- MAC Eyeshadow in Cross Cultural & Amber Lights
- Urban Decay Skyscraper multi-benefit mascara & Majolica Majorca Lash Expander
- Elf eyebrow kit in Light

What she puts on her lips isn't makeup so I'm not going to list it down.

Bea wanted a night time look that she could wear for partying since Christmas parties seem to be happening here and there. She also wanted green eyeshadow. I experimented with Green eye makeup and Red lips. I'm using this season as a very convenient excuse for getting away with something so bright and colorful. After all we do associate Red & Green with Christmas, right? :3

I swear this looks better in real life. :/
Bad camera...

Bea

Both my sisters have super tiny eyelids. >o<"

Now for the special part of my post! Art work is by Me. I used Photoscape to edit their pictures.

I'm sure they'll both kill me if they see the photos below. But I think they're super cute so I'm sharing and hope that they don't see this post. >:) (Insert sinister evil laugh here)

 She's cute isn't she? :3
 Ohhh!!! It's Hello Kitty.
Enky told me before that people often tell her that she
resembles Hello Kitty and I literally rolled out laughing non-stop
till she walked out on me. :p
It's a snow Bunny! :o3
I made one for Bea too because she saw me making the photos
above. Then she got mad because she said Enky's were cuter.
Sigh... :/

Sorry if I put my watermark across their pictures but Enky's has already had a lot of experience with people stealing her photos online.

Bea was nice enough to make a watermark for me but I need it with no background. So I'm going to ask her to edit it later ---

Super cute right? LOL! Please disregard the number of times I use the word cute on this post.
What do you guys think? Should I use it?

That's all for now. Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Sugar

P.S. I haven't bought a single gift for anyone except for myself. :p
