Hi everyone.

Today I am going to share with you two looks I did on my sisters the other night. My youngest sister was examining our makeup kits, and asked if I could put some on her since she doesn't use makeup and didn't know how to.

Please note that I am not a makeup artist. I do this for fun and to learn. I like experimenting with makeup and am fascinated with it. <3 All the photos below were taken with flash. I cropped the photos and placed a watermark but I think these look prettier IRL. :P LOL!

So this is what she looked like after:

Eyes:
Coastal Scents 88 Shimmer Pallette I used the greenish-light blue color and a deep blue color
Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner in 01 Black
Etude House Drawing Eye Brow
Etude House Tear Drop Liner
Prestige Biggest Lashes in Black

Face:
Revlon PhotoReady 004 Nude
Coty Airspun transluscent powder
Pureglow bronzer
Ellana mineral powder blush in Hapiness

My other sister not wanting to be undone said I had to put makeup on her too.
This is the only photo she gave me. She said she didn't like the other photos so I couldn't publish those :(

Eyes:
Prestige Biggest Lashes in Black
Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner in 01 Black
Smashbox eye shadow palette in classifeyed - I used the 3 colors on the bottom row

Face:
Maybelline Clear Smooth Minerals in W03 Apricot Sand
Ellana Sheer velvet in white chocolalte
NARS cream blush in Cactus Flower

Both my sisters have mono-lids. I tried to make an illusionary crease on their eyes. :3 Did it work? What do you think? >..<

I hope you ladies liked the looks I did with them. Feel free to comment and criticize my work. :3

MAC to the Beach Collection Splashing Lip glass

Hi lovely ladies. :3

Recently, I picked up Splashing from MAC to the Beach Collection. I originally wanted Splashing Lip glass, Lazy Day Lipstick and Hipness blush. All the stocks were however sold out. :( All that was offered to me when I inquired whether the to the beach collection was available is the Beachbound lipstick which I wasn't too crazy about, because it was just too sheer and pale for me.

I then asked if the SA could look if they had any stocks other than Beachbound and she did. :3 She then presented Splashing Lipglass so I eagerly purchased it.

By the way, I bought it from Rustan's, Shangrilla. The collection was not on display that's why I asked if it was available. Beats me why they didn't have it on display, but they do have testers which I examined and swatched. You have all probably seen this elsewhere but I still wanted to take a picture:

Packaging - Love the packaging. It's so gorgeous! It's not pink but it's very feminine and sleek. The seahorse on top is so cute! The bright color of the packaging makes it stand out from the rest glosses I own. :3

Color - It's a medium milky pink with yellow undertones and a hint of shimmer. I think this would look good on anyone who has a fair to a light medium complexion.

The product itself - Is not as tacky as some high end lip glosses are but is still kind of sticky which I like because I think thicker/stickier/tackier lip glosses tend to last longer. Do not fret it's tolerable -it does not feel like having petroleum jelly smeared on the lips. :3 It is kind of milky.. Plus, the gloss is also very easy to spread. It does not crease nor emphasize lines on my dry lips.

Only a little of the product is needed achieve the desired effect because it's very pigmented.

As for the lasting/staying power, I think it performed quite well. It stays on for about 3-4 hours. But will fade if you eat with it on your lips.

Over all I am very satisfied with my purchase. ^____^ I don't think I can still repurchase it since it's LE(Limited Edition) and almost all the stocks have already been sold out. :/

PinkieRiceGurl 130 BF-Beauty.com pallette giveaway

Hi everyone! Fema a Filipina youtuber is having a lovely giveaway - I suggest you ladies head on over to her blog and read the contest rules HERE.

My "Kikay" girly kit - the usual stuff I use and have on the go

Hello everyone! School is about to start again here in the Philippines. So life's going to be a bit busier and more hectic for the likes of me. :3

Today/tonight I am going to let you ladies peek at the makeup/cosmetics I usually bring with me. As I previously mentioned, I have 2 sets of makeup. One which I use at home and the other set I bring with me wherever I go. Reason being is I've gone paranoid of germs LOL - we all know that we sweat and get a lot of dust and dirt whenever we're out. >.< I just don't want to break out or contaminate my makeup.

These are the items which I have decided to bring along with me when school starts. Some of these are new and some are from my previous "kikay"(girly) kit.

Most of these I bring because they're compact; some because they're easy to apply and then some because I just want to. :3 Uhhh yeah, I actually have a pouch but it's really dirty so.... >.< I discarded it for this pictorial. LOL!

Smashbox O-glow, NYX gloss in Strawberry, Clinique Full potential lips plump and shine 08 Play-full plump,
Shiseido Perfect Rouge RS 306, NARS cream blush in Cactus Flower, Shu Uemura Glow on in M Pink 30, Dr. Oil powder, Pureglow bronzer, Prestige Black and white eyeliner and Etude House Drawing Eye Brow

I really don't bring everything with me unless I'm going somewhere really special. I usually carry around 3-4 of these items depending on my mood and where I'll be heading to.

Shiseido Perfect Rouge RS 306, Clinique Full potential lips plump and shine 08 Play-full plump and NYX gloss in Strawberry

An oil absorbing powder is a must for people with oily skin like me. :3 And yes, I am going to use this one because it's very affordable rather than a high end product which I would rather use at safety and confine of my room. MWAHAHAH! >:)

Liners and eye stuff which I usually have with me. I really don't like using eyeshadow on a daily basis. I just use a liner and mascara. :) These keep my eye more awake and brighter IMO.
NARS cream blush in Cactus Flower - Love love!!! I shouldn't have brought this product out of the confines of my room but I really love the creamy consistency of it and it's really easy to apply.
Shu Uemura Glow on in M Pink 30
These items also made it to my kit since they're very portable. :3
A swatch of Shiseido Perfect Rouge RS 306 - I usually have this with me for touch ups and it doesn't matter what lipstick I originally started with. When my lipstick fades I use this to retouch and this never dries up my lips although I constantly find myself retouching when I am using it. :3
Swatches - Shu Uemura Glow on in M Pink 30, NARS cream blush in Cactus Flower and Pureglow Bronzer

How about you ladies? What are the cosmetics or makeup items do you have with you? I would love to see which items you have in your kikay or girly kits. :3 I encourage all my readers to share what's inside their bags by doing a post on your blogs or by simply replying to this post.
